X300/X308 door interchangeability?

I have acquired a deep scratch across both passenger side doors of my X308 which don't have great paintwork anyway. I have an opportunity to get two complete X300 replacements in the same colour for less than a paint repair would cost.

I'm pretty sure the doors physically fit OK, but will I be able to remove the X300 doorcard and fit the X308 ones?

Anybody know?

From memory I'd doubt the door cards would be a straight swap either.
