A city Council has been blasted by members of the public, and a local council over it's car park scheme, which left huge boulders dotted about the car park, which were easily reversed into in the dark!
How does a space full of huge boulders make it safer, more organised, and stop young children and dogs running around?
Most of those boulders should conceal a child or dog from view until the moment you hit one!

New parking measures which have seen three-tonne boulders dropped onto the car park of a beauty spot are to be reviewed.
Carlisle City Council has been accused of vandalising Talkin Tarn near Brampton by outraged locals after a one-way system was imposed with the massive rocks used to control parking.
But city council leader Mike Mitchelson today said the situation would be reviewed.
He told the News & Star: “Maximising the space is important, as is the health and safety aspect of visitors to Talkin Tarn.
“But we will review the arrangements.”
Mr Mitchelson added: “Continued investment is paramount to Talkin Tarn as we strive to make sure that it is looked after in the most environmentally friendly way for visitors.”
The new parking plans were implemented without the go-ahead from elected members.
The manager of Talkin Tarn country park, Fiona Shipp, who is behind the idea, has defended the moves to create a more organised parking structure but welcomed feedback from local people.
She said: “It is my duty as park manager to make sure the area is a safe as possible.
“The car park gets a lot of visitors especially at weekends and during the school holidays and people have not always been parking as sensibly as they should have.
“It has led to chaos with children and dogs running around. I felt it was an accident waiting to happen.
“I am aware that people do not like the look of the boulders and I am happy to receive feedback.
“There is room for adjustment but I maintain that a more structured parking arrangement is needed.”
A petition launched by Brampton parish council calling for the removal of the boulders and urging the city council to scrap proposed £1 parking charges at the tarn is being been backed by the News & Star and The Cumberland News.
Dozens of readers, some from as far afield as Northern Ireland, have added their voices to the campaign.
Judith Pattinson, chairman of Brampton parish council, said: “I am appalled at the vandalism that the city council has caused with these monstrosities. Talkin Tarn is a beauty spot.
“We now have a recycling centre where people take their rubbish, big blue one-way signs and massive boulders.”
