If it's not leaking now, and you don't disturb it, it should be ok, but I couldn't leave it.

The pipe looks ok, so it is only the fitting on the turbo, I would guess someone who sells or works with turbo's, I don't know who's near you, what about Mr Tuckwood

That looks like the oil inlet male-to-male union that probably has a built in restrictor. Suggest you call Universal Turbos.

While you're at it, be sure to peel back that silver/gray heat sleeving and check the state of the hose underneath. All you need to check is the 3-4 inches of hose nearest the turbo for signs of heat damage or corrosion. I've seen a number of these hoses where the outer braid was totally burnt through, with only the innermost teflon lining keeping the oil from leaking. A leak here could easily spray oil onto the hot exhaust manifold, causing a fire...

I doubt it - probably only the shim steel type.

It's down to personal preference, but i prefer the thicker OEM type of gaskets (we use only OEM turbo gaskets in the workshop), so i'll be using them on my Noble upgrade.

£75 sounds about right.
