Thining of moving somehwere in the Sun

I currently work from home and use VOIP for all my calls. My GF works for a business and that is having a bad time at the moment. We currently rent a house and have no ties (bar family & friends). So I have suggested trying to enjoy life a little more and go somewhere where there is some sun (think about how much better your life is in summer/or when its hot)
So I am thinking she can work for me (enough work to pay her more than she is on now) and we both work from a rented house in spain (would not buy their at present) and do the job I do here but there?
Would not have a clue where in Spain though, so ideas welcome. Ideally want somewhere closish to a nice nightlife (not 18-30)
Budget would be around 900.00gbp PCM. maybe 1000.00 if nice.
Am I going mad or do you think seeing as we are only here once we should give it a go. ??

Not at all...get out of the nightmare that is becoming the UK and head off to the sun.If you don't like it you can always come back.
If circumstances permitted I'd be out there like a shot.
