If you've synched the throttle cables with the side that has the TPS opening first then the only other sensor that might be causing a problem is the Idle Air Control (IAC). Only a couple of screws to remove it and take it apart. Give it a good clean.

Most of the time it's dirt & grime in the TPS.

If you've done everything give Chuck Tator a call or drop him an email - he normally has the answer to most problems.

If you have changed all those sensors it may be worth taking the + lead off the battery and putting it to ground so it clears all errors on the PCM (ECU) then reconect ..
Turn ignition on but before starting put the throttle pedal all the way to the floor so you get full throttle settings on the PCM for the throttle position sensor....

No it has to be done at the battery......

The jusmp point at the fuse box still leaves the starter with a direct live from the battery....
