What's the joke? Dogs have far superior smell to sight, I'm sure he could smell those cakes the second they were brought into the room.. Unless of course he has lost his smell too..!

I think it is, which makes the dog quite normal but previously would have gone for the cakes one of those problem pets. She has trained him not to, so whatever she did works.

The dog is not blind, just trained.
