am 42 and often play halo, when I wtfpwn the kids, they do not believe it as am older than their dad and am apparently too old to play games as have to sit on the sofa and watch football

Obviously the wife is wrong. Mine is the same, they just don't understand the attracion of wasting hours and hours 'playing those silly games'. Get COD4, it will take over your life. I'm 38, so probably considered an old fart too, but I think I'm up to approx 19 days online on COD4. That's an awful lot of hours

Most of my mates are a similar age, and we all get excited about the big game releases. Very sad

Perfectly normal in my opinion.
My dad (65 yrs) bought a PS3 only a couple of months ago, as it was only going to be used to replace his faulty bluray player as he put it. A dozen or so games were then followd only weeks later after the purchase of the system

As already said, get COD4 and get online with it after you've completed the missions. It's superb and a great way to waste an evening with a few beers.

you need the one [if they still do it, might not have been lazyboy but v similar] that the arms fold out and you have a fridge in the right arm and a space in the left to put your snacks/remotes/whatever.

I REALLY want one, but cant afford it.
