rebuild help!!!

Hi Everybody, just putting new headlights in my tuscan after a smash. who makes the mtorized part of the adjuster on the back? is there 4? 1 on each light? or just on the dips? i am rebuilding from fresh so i have never seen it complete.cheers,,,

Also does the front bonnet(little one) hinge on a threaded piece of bar?

Paul, There is only an adjuster on the dip beam (AFAIK) and it's not connected. I started a thread in here a long time ago to see if anyone knew how to connect or use it but no answers. The lights are all Hella, adjusters included. I think the same adjusters were fitted to Ford (if memory serves me correctly - Fiesta possibly). As to the bonnet stay, on mine there is only one on the near side. I have one of my dip beams removed due to a stone hit (smashed glass) so I'll take a few photo's tomorrow if I get chance.

that would be spot on, mine has deffinatly got motorized adjusters on, also the control in the cab to adjust them. ill get pics of what i have and try and post them as well. cheers paul

Paul, having just replaced the off side dip beam on mine, I can confirm the part number (for the halogen unit not HID including adjusters) is 1LL 008 193-117. Mine cost just over £46 inc VAT from Camberley Auto Factors - ordered Wednesday, collected Thursday!

Any chance of those photos of your headlamp adjusters please and where the control is located?
