OK, we're nearing the first Tuesday of the month again for our next monthly meet.

So, 7.30pm at The Red Lion Hunningham on 3rd March.

Fingers crossed for better weather this time, and even the evenings are drawing out now thumbup

Unfortunately I will not be available on that day, being in Geneva for the Motor Show until Wednesday 4th.

Obviously the spring lunch later that month will be the next one for me.

I came home to a rather major indoor water feature so sorry I didn't make it.

Will see you at the Sunday lunch on the 29th

Ouch!

Domestic water leak or river flood?

It appears the expensive hand made & made to measure windows the landlords had fitted have serious issues when it rains now.

I popped in home briefly (as I worked late) on my way to meet you guys and was met with a right mess not only downstairs but upstairs as well. Joys of stone & wooden floors means the water just ran everywhere.

lots of towels in the windows in case it rains whilst I'm at work. Evidently 'Will' the window maker is calling in either Sunday or Monday to take a look at them.

Had to laugh at my landlords as they keep harping on about them being brand new windows. I didn't like to point out that this conversion was done 6 years ago and from the looks of the windows they haven't seen a drop of varnish in all that time, hence why the frames are splitting and the seals have gone wink
