Here's a screen-shot but I do have the "right" one selected (I think!). It's just it struggles with various punctuation marks - as said above really.
Just for info, as well as the classifieds the member's info pages are also common for having the issue as well
It's a small annoyance rather than anything critical
Edited to add - here's a shot showing what I sometimes get on screen, you can see the encoding issue in the sub menu "My stuff etc":

Agreed, though unfortunately the hereditary of the system means we have #163; references in the site (and a few others), thus creating this problem with browsers that do things properly and don't help out lazy coding 
We are working on the parser to sort some of them out, and will visit each section as we redesign some of the site over the next 6 months.
