any one know how much a head gasket replacement on a 97 1.6 tigra is likely to be think early stages but water oil mix starting to show thanks guys

I would charge £350+VAT if it was to be done at my garage, it would be wanting a head skim, head gasket set, head bolts, oil and filter change and a cam belt kit.

Not the nicest of jobs on a tigra, tight engine bay, done one last week.

Carl i agree m8 i did one many year's back,there are a few bits that are a bugger to get at.

yes The Corsa with the same running gear is no better,that inlet manifold side of things is shoot give me a Rover K series head gasket job anyday wink got a 75 in at the moment rolleyes
