I like the threatening looking Hoodies in it, who ask "Is that your car...?" immediately before demanding money for not kicking the panels in and keying it.

(The last bit is in my imagination obviously - but quite plausible here in the UK)

They drive ok, it's the reliability that's the problem. Two of my friends rejected their Meganes due to constant problems with them, which is pretty shocking seeing as I've only ever known two people with Meganes!!

For their sake I really hope so. It was the most piss-poor piece of advertising I've seen in ages. The new one is Oscar material in comparison.

i know a few boys who run 205 GTI's as road rally/night event cars and in that environment as a modern classic they work well (apart from being the wrong leg drive) good strong cars apparently, glue'd together i hear? but as a modern proposition - the gf had a Megane Coupe 52 plate, coilpacks went every 6 months, mate's got a 172 same problem, alternator packed up etc etc, both awful to drive, pedal feel, everything, theyre just so.... French. hands up any Citroen owners

(if you do own a Citroen, im sure theres a good reason please don't protest too much - i dont know if i can handle another PH argument )

Something I'd be quick to point out is how the French always seem to get small cars right. Clios seem to go wrong much less than Meganes, and Saxos seem to be far more reliable than C3s and C4s. Also, the smaller cars are normally a hoot to drive, whereas the larger ones are just throttle delay wobble tastic heaps of st in the bends.
