Just doing up the house at the minute and thought it would be great to have a nod to Le Mans in the from of a poster, not just any but one from either 1976 (YOB) or the 50s.

Now I know the 50s posters got a up to £2k but does any know that the holy grails are and where I find them?

Cheers but this needs to be an investment! Older the better. I have found a few sources and am checking them out.

There was a stand selling old LM posters at ASI this year. He had a couple of 1976 ones as I was hoping to get one for the same reasons, even if it took place a couple of weeks early .

In all honesty I didn't in the end as it wasn't actually that good a poster that year imo.

I would say the google should help you out. If that doesn't sort one out for you try ringing round a few of the people anyway as they might know who is likely to have one. They're a fairly tight bunch and tend to know who has what.

iirc they wanted £30-£50 tops.

Pity this wasn't up before Sunday because there was a parts jumble and loads of stuff. I'll look again before the beginning of next month because there's another at St. Saturnin on April 4th.

Two years ago, the in thing to have was a key for a budget lock ( T-handle with tapered square bar ) which allowed access to all the bus shelters and Decaux (sp?) panel signs and allowed the easy removal of some large ACO posters for free.

Didn't see so many last year - perhaps Reg from Nottingham had got there before me.
