Hi all,

Visiting a property on Wednesday of this week to conduct a building inspection report. As well as detailed descriptions of the property and the rooms within i will have to produce CAD drawings of said property. Looking to see if anyone has or knows of any good laser measurers which would be obtainable by Wednesday. Bear in mind a student here so a laser disto at £185 isnt really ideal.

Thanks in advance

If this is a one-off, and if as you say money is an object here, what exactly is wrong with a tape measure...?

I bought a Bosch laser measure for around £100. It's smaller than the Disto, so fits in a pocket / breifcase better.

If you really can't afford one, HSS will hire them for about £15 per day.

Because he's a BLOKE and a laser measurer is a GADGET.

"Ideal for the serious DIYers, real estate agents and residential agents"

Not accurate enough for me I'm afraid.
