I absolutely love the stuff and have got 11 bottles including the Very Young, Still Young, Almost There, Uigeadail, The Beastie, Blasda, Renaissance and a few specialist bottlings as well as a couple of different years 10yo bottlings.

My question is this, has anybody tried Lord of the Isles? The distillery have still got it (at about £200 per bottle) and I can't decided if it's going to be worth it...

I would love to have tried the Corryvreckan or Supernova but have missed both.

I had a bottle of Almost There before Christmas. I drank it using the 'two drops' of water technique which really opens up the aromats.

It was potent stuff and I did tire of it. You must be a hardened connoisseur with such a collection.

I bought some (Lord of the Isles) a couple of years ago, as a present for my father. The miserable git finished the bottle before I got a look in.
