(Air) Crash investigation DVD sets

On Sky 3 last week I was watching an accident investigation series (I forget its name) - My OH and I enoy watching these things as it's interesting to see the ultimate cause and effect of accidents (I think we missed the Amsterdam runway accident one which would have been the most interesting).

Does anyone know of a good DVD box set of this sort of series.

(Not that I'm morbidly interested in these thigns, but I/we do find them fascinating)

Just keep your eyes on National Geographic channel, as they're always running these programs.

I enjoy watching these programmes too, they can be very interesting determining the causes surrounding the incidents etc. The scariest one was about the pilots who deliberately crash their planes. I watched it a few days before my summer holiday flight and it scared the hell outta me!
