It's that time again, and in the finest tradition after my previous bad taste examples I've got to go "80's themed" but I'm not sure if my ideas exceed the levels of acceptability, the short list is:

1. Simon Weston, in a pair of charred combats, hands in plastic bags smeared in vaseline, half a 'tach, a few random tufts of hair, and some rashers on bacon stuck on my face.

2. Joey Deacon, Wheelchair, green slime dribbled down front, a wire coat hanger with a cork on the end round my head, a speak and spell and a commodore 64, and the compulsory blue peter badge.

3. Terry Waite, dressed in rags, jesus creepers, big beard and handcuffed to a radiator

Any other suggestions or views appreciated.

Oh and the Young Ones, Adam Ant, Boy George or any pop stairs are just too predictable.

Any popular rapists or muderers in the 80s? Perhaps you could bring a crying child as part of your costume?

That would dwarf any previous costumes' sick rating

Topical, too.

Out of interest Mel, how will you stick rashers of bacon to your face?

Goes as John Lennon but with four bullet wounds and a load of fake blood all over you.

Sick enough?

You missed:

4. Jaws from the bond films. You wouldn't need a costume then, just some metal on your gnashers.

He'll lay them on his face and then pop his head under the grill for 10 minutes.
