Need new battery

I know this subject has been done to death in the past, but, I still have a question. Do 4.2's and 4.5 Cerbs use the same physical size battery? I ask because I have seen recommendations on here for Red Tops, PC1500's Halfrauds etc. I would like to go for a Red Top, my car is a 98 4.2, will the RT-2-4.2-P41 recomended on this forum fit easily. Thanks in advance for any constructive responses.

Yep same size as far as i know plus i recently fitted this to my 4.2
