It's got 'Ferrari' on it, so yes they would.

IIRC that is the phone with the ultimate button. If that button is pressed you get automatic service on the other end of the line asking you what you want and from where. Kind of like a genie. Let me know if i'm wrong though.

Great, so you pay £10k and get a concierge service. Or, you could buy any other phone & sign up to quintessentially.

I'm guessing the link is to a Vertu, they are made by Nokia.

Haven't read any of this thread at all, and am responding purely based on the title.

You should see the "racetrack legends" ascents.
There is about 5 or 6, (includiing a 'ring one) but they are available with a box/display case for all of them, obviously expecting you to buy 6 of the same phone with different engraving..

Place like Selfridges sell these phones by the bucketload, and most cost a lot more than £10k.

Yes they do, and frequently a lot more. My neighbour works for them and has to travel frequently all over the globe for individual demonstrations for prospective clients / partners.

His phone is worth about 5-6k IIRC. Looks pretty normal to me.

To be honest if someone is rich enough to be able to consider spending 10k on a phone then it's not likely to be a lot of money to them is it.

I personally wouldn't do it but then I wouldn't pay thousands extra to fly business class when economy class will do.

However I would spend lots of money on something I did want or something I liked so I don't see why these phones are any different.
