I was going to book it in for a service and get that looked at at the same time.

I was going to ask the same question but presumed that the reason I didn't know is because I'm a Cerbera noob.

My door/window box blew up. I spent weeks trying to find one or get it repaired cos they are like rocking horse teeth to find, so I got a mate of mine to take a look at it. He replaced some faulty components inside and it now works! He said if you send me your faulty box he would try to repair it if possible and quote a price.
