I'd stick work experience above qualifications. The thing employers most want to know about is that you can do a job. Passing exams is nice, doing a job well is nicer.

that depends entirely on whether he's got any relevant experience.

Take out the dob section, no need for it to be there.

What is it you do?

Move the interests to the bottom. Unless they are very relevant or show something special there should be more than one line of them.
