Looking for .NET developer full time position in South Wales

What sort of experience/qualifications are you expecting?

We have had a few good applicants, mostly through recruitment companies, but they want too much money for shuffling a few CV's.

The requirement for the job are;
- Web-application .NET development experience
- Commercial experience of MS SQL / MySQL
- Good knowledge of XHTML / CSS
- Analytical and logical thinker
- Javascript experience
- Experience with classic ASP
- Photoshop or similar software competence
- Able to analyse requirements and develope a specification
- Design & development of websites which meet the client's expectations.
- Identify new and upcoming web design technologies and development trends

You will get loads of none europeans offering to work for 2 sheckles remotely but you do get a few UK based people on there.
