Rape Victim Jailed; why?

A judge jailed the victim of a rape who fled the witness box when she saw the guy who allegedly raped her, which is bad enough:

She's probably had a mental breakdown over the whole affair.
So, you're probably wondering why am I boring you with another tale of injustice?
Well, read the article again. The suspect has the most appropriate name for a rape suspect I ever heard: Mr Cummings (apologies to anyone on here with that surname, I am not implying anything just the article made me chuckle a bit)

As someone who deals with rape cases on a weekly basis I can honestly say that there must be a little more to the story than is told. Perhaps her actions in the box amounted to contempt of court- Swearing/shouting at judge maybe?
From a police perspective, it is incredibly rare that false allegations of rape are prosecuted- Usually there is enough of a grey area to give the victim the benefit of the doubt.

If the whole case depended on her evidence, then I can well imagine that the judge would be cross if she started acting up and refusing to give the rest of her evidence. Alleging that anyone has committed any kind of crime is a serious thing, and the process needs to be seen through once it has started, no matter how upsetting. Perhaps she was having difficulty grasping that?
If she tried to leave the court whilst being cross examined then I suppose the court would be a bit peeved as the day would be wasted and all the costs incurred. Had she broke down in tears etc.. she would have been better off IMHO, the same end result, but a more sympathetic view would have been taken.
