Replace front light

Does anyone know how/if I can remove front lamp shown in the picture from the light assembly? It’s not working and I want to know if I can simply buy a replacement part? If I can, how do I get at the thing to remove and replace it?

Picture attached showing the lamp which isn’t working (outlined in red). I’ve checked all the fuses but if this could be something else such as a relay then any advice would be appreciated.
