OK

I've trawelled the archives and this question has been raised twice before. Trouble is nobody has ever come up with an answer, so third time lucky then.

Does anybody know what car the Heater Blower/Fan is off ?????

Cheers

I've just rang the factory, who say the motor assemblies are still available, same one used on Chimeara & Griff, but more often than not it is a diode on the motor that requires re-soldering.

I was going to take it out tommorrow to see if it could be refurbed anyway.

yours not working either? I've looked too and can't seem to find out. As a tempary measure I'm buying a ceramic car heater, plugs into the cig socket.

My heater keeps blowing a 30amp fuse and when it does work makes a hell of a noise, then stops.
Yours?

Mine is just dead, there is power there, I have tested the connections, and it appears that there is no continuity in the circuit across the motor.

So it looks that the fault the factory described may be the case.

I will be taking it out on Friday so post more when I can.
