Can anyone tell me what classes, if any, a GTR could be raced in ?
Also what options / modifications would be necessary to comply with the regs etc for these series ?

Is there anyone on here who currently campaigns a GTR ?

I'm just thinking that if there are certain options that are needed I should find out now rather than after I have built the car.

Thanks in advance

Doc,

Unfortunately I'm in the UK so Aus would be a little too far to travel.

Hi Jeremy

There are 3 National series that you could run an Ultima in ; British GT (contact BRDC for details), Britcar (www.eerc.co.uk) and Formula Saloons are allowing sportscars next year. You might also have a look at the Castle Combe GT series that runs at that circuit.
Colin Blower is worth talking to as he ran an Ultima in GT's.
Let me know if you need more contacts.

Nigel - What class is it you ran in this year and are you doing the same again next year. I believe the team you were in this year are looking to make a few changes next year and maybe get a second car together. Are there any decisions as to what cars you might run next year . Would any of these classes make the cardrivers eligable for Le-Mans.
