I've just bought some clear front indicators. I believe they are only held in with silicon sealer. Is this correct? Is it just a question of pushing them out from the inside (carefully)?

If anybody has changed theirs, I would be grateful for any tips before I dive in and brake something smash

Dave

I changed mine last year and they were set in silcone. You need to knock them in and then remove them from the rear. I put my car on ramps and removed the horns which gives improved access. I placed a short steel cylinder which was a slightly smaller diameter to the plastic cover over the front and hit it with my hand (using cloth to protect my hand) I bedded the new units on Sikaflex. I straight forward job once you get going.

Colin.

If you can get your hand on the back a twist/pull/curse, might move them smile

All done - thanks ! A gentle tap from the front and they came out with no problems.
