Anyone been involved with this company?

Basically you go to an interview listen to the blurb about how you can make 10% on a kithen and an additional 3% commission for selling it on a finance plan.

Its basically a commission only role and you sign a contact to say you are a self employed agent/rep whilst on a 1 week expenses paid course in manchester, quite a varied set of people there from ex military/car sales to recently finished students etc,

Was wary initially about commission only but the course seemed very reputable/was full product training and a factory tour in Manchester and a number of people here on threads mentioned that commission only roles can be more lucrative due to less expenses for the company etc and no poor performers on basic acting as dead wood.

I've recently left after 4 weeks basically the sales manager was calling me all the names under the sun because i wouldn't continue to service these appointments (residential customers) despite not being paid on an 8K deal i made previously, effectiely holding me to ransom on the money, now they say payment was made and i'm fired for gross misconduct better off on dole etc.

I serviced about 20 appointments over the 4 weeks at a cost of about £200 in fuel.

I've spoke with another guy from the course recently and he's owed at least £800.

Have i got any realistic chance of recovering this money without going round there and making a scene?

I used to work for a conservatory company that was part of the same group, (we had a part of the floor at cornbrook), I think you might have a problem getting your money, have a bad name for fitting of kitchens as well and have been on watchdog I dont know how many times.

your sales manager was not called gary B. was he?
