Need some advice. I've just had some minor paintwork done after an opc scratched it while in for service! There are some minor swirl marks but particularly noticeable after polishing and when in sunlight are hologram effects that move in the reflection as you change your perspective. If that makes sense! Is there any way of getting rid of these imperfections?

Its basically a case of bodyshop error where they have polished the panels and not allowed the polish to be worked for long enough or once then polished with a cutting polish they have not followed that up with a light polish to remove the holograms.
In which case the car/panels will need re-polishing properly

As above. Either take it back and tell them to sort it out or ask them to pay for a detailer to do what they should have done.
