Met her once. My grandmother was an extra on Are you being served and took me along to filming one day, she was lovely.

At first I understood the publicity but now it's just getting on my nerves with every last second of her life splashed across almost every online paper I read.

I must be a dumbo, I never realised she was one and the same girl, Miss Brahms and Pauline Fowler.

Looks like she had a long and varied life and career though. RIP.
