Can anyone suggest? I tried the autovalet place in Greenbank Road but they couldn't do it and suggested Norscot.

Whilst we don't have steam we do have a 90 deg C hot water preasure washer which removes everything including paint if you are not careful. If you want to do it yourself, that would be no problem for a donation to the tea fund!
