not a big fan on all the gold anodising in the cockpit, has anyone tried anodising them a different colour?

and the gold dashboard background?

My speedo backing is silver as are the switches on the pod, the window and heater switches are still gold. Mine had a replacement pod due to the LCD failing, never seem another in silver.

My dash and controls are all silver annodised, rather than gold/brass. It was a factory option on the later mk1s, but very few people took it up. Depends on the colour combination, I guess, but it suits my all-black interior.

I could imagine if you've got a strong coloured car, you could go for a more striking colour for the heater switches etc, and keep the dials silver.

im going to do mine dark blue to match le mans blue.

whats the score with re anodising?

does anyone no wether the original tvr anodising is hard anodising or normal?

im guessing u can anodise a darker colour over a lighter colour?
