Watches - like buses

You stand around waiting for ages, and then three come along at once.

I was pleasantly surprised to be offered the Sinn 856 when I was, and it meant that I put aside any thoughts of buying a Bundeswehr on the basis that the values were heading just a bit too far north of £1500 for my liking, and that there weren't any around anyway.

So now, like the proverbial bloody routemaster, I've been offered two watches. One is from a well known supplier of these watches, and the other belongs to a good mate. I don't really need another watch, the timing could be a lot better, and yet I think I'll probably end up doing a deal and sneaking another one into the watch safe...

Damn my lack of self control. Good job I didn't decide to give up watches for lent really...

Yep. Obviously only need one, but one is an early watch with a restamped case, and one belongs to a good mate.
