saggy or 360

anyone know anything about this one? Would it be a good buy?
IS 25k miles ok engine rebuilds etc this would be my first tvr so buying advice needed?
Had noble 3r previous sold a couple of months ago in titanium would saggy be good next move or a 360 fezzy?
All comments welcome or should I hold out longer on a reccesion bargain?
Has prices of these types of cars stabalised yet, can't wait much longer weathers getting better 2 months is a long time without the week end yoke you know.

Hi Peter, that car has been on and very breifly off the sale board here for what seems like many many months. I have my slats cut out and that cost nearly 2K alone so it seems very very low or there is some history there.

Sorry to the seller if there is not but it should have sold a long time ago if all was as it should be.

...ive only been paying attention as my other half is selling hers next week, March 2006 car, 30K miles, just serviced, MOT'd, taxed and de-stone chipped and was going to put it up for £32995 too ...oh well ...lets see how it goes

Hi Don, I picked it up last week formt he factory. A company called PDQ do it, they use Surface and designs place which is the old GT racng building at the old factory. Send me a mail and I will send you the details.

that is my old car - sold it in september-ish 2007 to racing green cars and i think the current owner bought it off them. i put the yellow stripes on for le mans in 2007 together with a few other stickers - http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/topic.asp?t=4...

its history has PH written all over it. i bought it off PH'er nervous who bought it off PH'er DJC I believe (who bought it new).

i contacted the owner the other day about buying it back. my only concern would be that when i sold it, it had done about 23k miles. so he's only done 2k miles in 18months. sitting around like that can't really do a car much good.

having said that if you mentally set aside £2k a year for running costs you will be more than fine i'm sure.

let me know if you get it, just in case when you come to sell it i know where to potentially buy it!

That looks like a great car. Have it looked at by a specialist like Paul and Heath from X works Service, Kirkham near Blackpool. They used to be the TVR Factory Service Managers. I used them for two surveys on T350Ts. They were not expensive for travelling or report on the car. I found out one was not worth buying and I would not have known!! The other as they said was worth buying and I adore it. I did not even bother with a warranty. That Sag surely is worth that sort of money as TVR residuals have held up despite the credit situation.
