I'm helluva partial to a very dry champagne and really strong thai chilli rice crackers.


1664 + steak mccoys (or Beef & mustard branigans if available are even better!)

Caffreys/Tetleys etc + dry roasted nuts

Scampi Fries are good with Guinness but cheese+onion crisps will do.


And I don't snack when I'm drinking whisky.

They don't seem to have the same effect as a tray of roast carrots, parsnips and beetroots....thank god hehe

hehe I love em but by christ my wife/colleagues/car passengers/elevator neighbours hate the after-effects...

Crab Rangoon and a nice chilled glass of Chardonnay.

Failing that, chili cheese bean dip with dipping chips and limes. Wash that down with an ice cold beer.

I more or less have to eat something when I'm tippling even if it's just thin shavings of parmesan with a red wine.

But never with whisky.
