Went out in the Noble today and parked up in a supermarket car park, returned to the car to find that the batterie had died! - luckily i spotted an AA van a few cars spaces down so i taped on the window to ask the lady inside for some help only to realize she was a he! Julie his (her) name tag said! Anyway, the he-she jumped my car and got me going (no pun intended)
....need a new batterie but i just can't face doing it!

some chap was in the process of scraping my off-side wheel-arch and front alloy (fortunately original OEM wheel, not the Dymag) whilst trying to park next to it 
Fortunately, I got a call from his insurance company (for the aged) and they were very efficient and will pay any bills direct once 'approved' by their engineers.
Moral: stay clear of blue-rinse car-parks.
