Can anyone tell me the optimum plug gap for 6.3 535hp with MSD ignition.Thanks in advance.

Coil-plug-lead type,timing and usage can all contribute to 'optimum gap setting'

32-36 thou should be in the ballpark.

Only the dyno/dragstrip and your particular set-up would give you your 'true optimum'
