The boat will be coming in to Aberdeen in a few days, so am wondering if there is anywhere near the docks that can alter a tag strap?? I don't want some crappy place that will scratch hell out of it... Any recommendations? Cheers... smile

2 places in Aberdeen Finnies in George Street & Jamieson & Carry
Finnies would get my vote but both are high end jewellers

Ask in the Scotland forum but suspect you will get same answers

Do NOT go to the 2nd named store in the above post. They ripped the sh!t out of an Omega bracelet of mine (£1650!) and refused to take any responsibility. rage Utter barstards!

I agree. Had crap service from JC twice and never been back. Finnies are consistently superb. Neil Thomson is your man if Matthew Finnie isn't about.

No problem, really.
If you are out and about for a beer you should head for the Belmont Bar.
