Enjoying a quick blast out to the EVO hairpin....

When by complete coicidence Chris71 turns up during his weekend tour.

It is indeed a very small world.
Would have loved to have guided you all the way to Aberaeron & beyond Chris but I had to get back. Nice to see you & your mate, hope the war wound gets better.
The S looked & sounded great. Cracking day for it too.

I'm very lucky it's less than 30 mins for me so if I look out the window Sunday morning & it's fine, off I go.
Give me a shout if you fancy a blast anytime Steve.
ETA, the "Mountain Pass" vid on my profile is the run from the top to the bottom of that stretch.

Thanks Wyn, I had a belter last year, Barry to Cardigan, onto Angelsey, back down to Aberstwyth then across to Brecon and back home to St Athan. God some of the roads were laid for TVR`s, it was done over a few days stopping off in hotels and B&B`s http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&ie=UTF8&am...

Hi Wyn,
Yep, was a hell of a drive. Even better when we turned around and went back up the hill. Actually the best bit of the day was Usk to Chepstow later on - I think that's my new favourite road. The Brecon Beacons were immense though.
I'm sure Ian's thumb will be okay. It's a great war story anyway, although I think in anyone else's version of events the back end would had reached the point of no return long before his hand got in the way.
