Omega repair......?

Morning all,
The luminous bloblet has fallen off the second hand of my 3 yr old Chrono Diverand is currently rattling around the face, also there are some pretty deep gouges on the bezel from an accident I has last year so I might as well get those sorted at the same time.
I vowed never to go back to Bond St after receiving some spectacularly bad customer service in July 07, is there anywhere else I can go to get it sorted?
