Well after spending one day cleaning the interior (Friday) and another cleaning the exterior I.e. Saturday I thought the time had come for me to post a few shots:

Living with it thus far has been a total pleasure and not only is it easier to use than our previous Exige S but I'd say quicker. I'm getting around 30 - 35 mpg which is on a par with our previous car but it's really nice on motorway's and a joy on A road's. 2Bular exhaust and TRD induction is a really good option if you have a Toyota SC variant as it's not too loud when you want to cruise but screams like a banshee when you don't!

I can't believe just how much I've missed the Elise and were looking forward to long summer days where we can get the roof off and really enjoy

Superb!

Is it std road tyres, or semi-slicks?

The useability of the Exige did bug me a bit, which is why I found I was using it less and less and therefore why I sold it.

It's on std roads Tony,

I'm used to the feedback from these as they are similar to our previous R's

Looks v. nice. I'd have to have that Lotus Motorsport sticker gone though, I'd not be able to see where I was going.

BOGGY - Do you (or have you) run a Lotus as a day car or have you always run a cheap day car and had the Lotus for fun?

Yes,

I ran the S1 as my main car before I was married and I loved every minute of ownership, we also ran our 1st R as our only car

Used it for everything including shopping which was a challenge
