Early XK8 Console Question

Hi,

I have to replace a few of the bulbs behind the switches above the radio and therefore need access to the console switch panel, I have had a look but cant figure out how to remove the fascia and get in... not wanting to damage or scratch anything I figured someone on here can advise me please...
