Lamb Steak - sauce suggestions?

I am having lamb steaks, new potatoes and peas for dinner this evening and wondered if anyone had any suggestions for a sauce for lamb steaks? I usually make up a lamb stock, mint sauce mix creation but fancy something different.

Anyone have any good suggestions?
