Come to Donington on the 3rd Dan - loads of us going. It is with Trackzone.

Do these days not have a reputation for bad driving and a large hot hatch crowd?

Not bad, taking a year off racing this year to save some pennies! Will be over at the ring 4 or 5 times though, although not at UK bank holiday times to escape the mongs! You?

Somewhat unfairly so in my experience. I have done a few of their days and have always enjoyed them. We always go in a big group, tink we have over 20 of the places booked in the experienced group. So if driving standards are crap then only ourselves to blame.

Yea not too bad thanks for asking.. Off to the 'Ring end of May - Sundeep and I just have to sort a nice route out to lead 34 cars from Calais (without out losing any). You free this weekend ? http://www.911uk.com/viewtopic.php?t=40922

been having a browse, i know this has been covered before but they are definitely getting expensive, anyway, just wondered what the difference between Javelin and Trackdays.co.uk It used to be just Javelin that did woodbridge days but these 2 are offering places on the same days

trackdays are just a booking portal offering a number of other TDO's events.

I used to use a combination of circuit junkie (cj) & motorsports ads (ma), as neither gave a full list. Since the beginning of this year I've used the openpitlane one, initially using the cj & ma sites to double check and they seem to have dropped the ball a bit this year and miss a number of dates. Also, as european dates are becoming more attactive to uk track drivers openpitlane now lists many of those.

Also, cj, referred to above, doesn't always link to the track day operator, instead going though an agent which sometimes can give misleading information (not deliberate but sometimes detail changes with the TDO is not updated on the agents site).

No trackday listing site is going to be 100% so a quick check of each TDOs main site is always going to be the best route if you want bang up to date information.
