I currently have this outside mt flat:


They started at half7 and have just left. This seems to be the norm. Why not 9-5 like the rest of us? Is it written somewhere in the big book of reules for builders?

To give them credit, they've come back and started making even more racket now.

I thoght that in the winter builders used the excuse of only working in daylight (proper daylight ie 9:30 to 3:30). In the summer it is a little hot so they take a couple of hours off in the afternoon then sod off early to rehydrate.
