No specific meeting point for everyone, usually have a few from different areas turning up together.

Where are you coming from? Probably best to try and meet up with someone headed in the same general direction and then come in with them if you can?

Not sure who else heads round from that general direction, Paul, Kev, Tony and possibly Nigel are about the only ones who might be on that side of the country that I can think of, off the top of my head. But not sure what routes they take... One of them may well post up shortly if they are going to be in your vicinity.
