E36 320Ci climate control - footwell temperature
Discussion
Hi all,
Just acquired a 2002 320 Ci Auto.
When the climate control is on auto, its heating the footwell much more than the rest of the car (till it becomes unpleasantly warm, even though the climate control temperature is set to 18C).
Is there a temperature sensor down there that might have failed?
Cheers,
Steve.
edit: Whoops, I mean E46 of course, not E36. can a mod please change?

I have recently bought an E46 330 and couldn't fiqure out the heaters workings, was blowing nice cold onto my feet etc. but it was the roller dial between the two central vents that i changed i belive this is there to give more flecability, however i could be wrong. im sure someone more experienced and clued up will give a better/ more correct explanation.
