And the key phrase is " in the weeks after you receive the ticket" ie not for the rest of your life then.

Wotta Loada Bollox!!! trading off one statistic against another is NOT research. This Ontario "research" has already been blown out of the water in Toronto by the University. There was NO connection between the two statistical bases!
