VE Day celebrations at the local.........................

Due to the general politically correct world that we live in, a group of us like minded folk have decided we are having a VE day celebration this year.
The local is going to have the windows taped, heavily sand bagged entrance, camo netting over the marquee and so on.
We have managed to procure a Ferret armoured car to leave outside, a coule of other ww2 vehicles should be there, we have a very period singer appearing in the evening, and we generally intend to have a few jars, and raise a decent amount for the british legion.

So, whats the purpose of this thread??

Simple. Has anyone got access to an air raid siren we can borrow/hire??

If anyone knows of one, please let me know.

We have some on poles here in Tod.
They're flood warnings, but with a ladder and an angle grinder you should be sorted.
