Broken heater switch

Anyone know which Ford the heater switch is from please? Mine has broken as it was getting stiff to turn. Also, any ideas to how to loosen it up so it doesn't happen again?

Seen that now! - but still not sure which Ford the heater dial is from?

I thought (now i could be wrong) aircon version of late Fiesta (but what do I know)
